I thought I would post some answers to some questions that I have received, some of the questions have been asked multiple times, so I'll post the answers here.
1. Are you Miley?
No, I am not Miley, and I do not know her personally, this site is just a fansite, and not affiliated with her at all.
2. Can you give me Miley's email, IM username, or phone number?
No, I do not have any of this information, and if I did, I certainly wouldn't give it out to anyone, please respect her privacy.
3. Can you send Miley a message for me?
No, I have no contact with Miley whatsoever, so any emails sent to me that are intended for Miley will be ignored.
4. How can I contact Miley?

5. Can I be a co-web?
Right now I'm not looking for any more co-webs but if I change my mind, I'll post it on the site.
6. How did you make your layout?
I use Paint Shop Pro 7 to make all my layouts, and I just combine pics and experiment with different effects.
7. Can you make me a layout?
No, I'm sorry, I don't make layouts for other people.
8. How did you make this site?
This is probably the question I get asked the MOST. I paid for the domain from Namecheap and the hosting from WiredTree, and then made the layout and coded it all myself and uploaded it to the server. The forum script I downloaded from phpBB.com and uploaded it and installed it to my server, as well as the gallery script from coppermine.sf.net. And the news script that shows up on the front page I downloaded from WordPress.org and uploaded it and installed it.
9. Can you tell me how to make graphics/layouts?
I'm sorry but I really don't have the time to explain how to make graphics and layouts. There are tons of tutorials online that will show you how to make different things.
10. How do you record videos?
All the videos are recorded on my computer through a capture card that's installed in my computer, and I use either Windows Media Center or Movie Maker to record them.
11. Why didn't you put up the news I sent you?
I get a ton of emails every day, and I try to post what I can, but if I posted everything that's sent to me, my updates would be several pages long lol, so I usually just pick the things I want to post. I'm sorry if some people's news doesn't get posted, but I really do appreciate everyone who donates pics/news/info, and most of my updates are usually pretty big.
12. Why didn't you put up the graphics (avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc) that I sent you?
If the graphics you sent don't meet the size requirements posted on the page, then I won't post it. Please make sure all your graphics are the correct size and were actually made by you before you send them.
